The hotel was a perfect choice for our holiday. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home. The food was tasty and fresh, and the rooms were well-maintained. One thing we loved was the location - it was close to many main attractions and made it easy for us to explore the city. the hotel provided us with a free shuttle service to the airport.
We did have a minor issue with the check-in process. The front desk appeared a bit disorganized and it took longer than expected to check in.

The hotel is located in the Chattarpur area, which is a great location for those who want to explore the city. The service was exceptional, with wake up service and all the necessary room amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, in-room safe. The staff was very courteous and provided me with a room immediately, even though I didn't have a prior reservation. The facilities here are top-notch, including a swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, and a bar/lounge area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and a parquet floor.
Though the rooms were kept clean, the rest of the staff was mostly indifferent and didn't offer any hospitality. It would have been great if the hotel had more dining options, as the restaurant was the only option available.

The hotel is located in the outskirts of Delhi which can be seen as an advantage for those who want to escape the busy city. There are some restaurants in the area that provide a good selection of Indian and Western cuisine. the rooms offer nice interiors and modern design with free wifi and good speed.
The service was not up to my expectations and left me disappointed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the gardens were beautiful. The restaurant had a great selection of delicious food.
